    The customer service is awful. First of all it is impossible to get through on the phone. If it does ring no one answers until the phone rings and rings until it finally simply cuts off. Try to get through again and again and it just stays Unanswered. Presciptions are sent very quickly by my surgery, yet when I go in to retrieve the meds 9 out of 10 times the prescription is still unopened and hasn't even been acted on even if the prescription has been sitting there all day. Then you end up waiting while it is filled. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Since Lloyds left, this place has just gone completely downhill. do yourself a favour and shop with your feet!!
